Styled letters are Unicode characters, not fonts β screen readers may read them letter by letter and search engines don't match them to plain words, so keep essential details in plain text. Learn more
Among Us names are limited to 12 characters and are typed on the main menu, so most players stay short and funny β βnot susβ, βred is susβ, a colour name, a meme. The game accepts Unicode letters, which lets you use bold, gothic or bubble letters, the ΰΆ character (a Sinhala letter that looks exactly like a crewmate) and the famous blank name made from an invisible filler character.
This page generates all of those. The blank name uses the Hangul Filler (U+3164), which Among Us accepts and displays as nothing; the blank-prefix row adds it in front of a normal name to shift it, and the ΰΆ row appends the crewmate character.
Type a short name β 12 characters including symbols.
Pick a style, the ΰΆ crewmate, or the blank name.
Copy and paste into the name field on the Among Us main menu.
Enforced when you edit the name on the main menu.
Copy the βBlank nameβ row β it looks empty but contains an invisible filler character. Paste it into the name field and your name renders as nothing in the lobby and during votes. It still works in current versions on mobile and PC, though public lobbies may show a placeholder. The βBlank prefixβ variant keeps your real name but pushes it right, which is used for alignment jokes.
ΰΆ (U+0D9E) is the Sinhala letter βkantaja naasikyayaβ and became the Among Us meme because of its crewmate shape. It renders on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. βͺ and β mark crewmate and impostor roles in friend-group lobbies. Keep names readable in the vote screen β gothic and bubble letters are fun but hard to read at that size.
Copy the βBlank nameβ row (an invisible filler character) and paste it into the name field.
