Styled letters are Unicode characters, not fonts โ€“ screen readers may read them letter by letter and search engines don't match them to plain words, so keep essential details in plain text. Learn more

eFootball (formerly PES) shows two names: your user name, set on your Konami ID and visible to opponents, and your Dream Team name shown on the team screen and in match intros. Both accept Unicode letters and most symbols, so bold, gothic and double-struck names and โšฝ ๐Ÿ† โ˜… decorations are common in Division matches, especially on mobile where the player base is largest.

The user name allows up to 16 characters and the team name up to 20 (with some variation by platform); styled letters count as one. Emoji โšฝ ๐Ÿ† display on mobile and PC but may show as blank on some consoles, so the text-symbol rows (โ˜… ๊ง ๊ง‚) are the safer choice for cross-platform play.

How to Use This Generator

Type the user name or team name.

  2. 2

eFootball Name Rules

As enforced in the current mobile and console versions:

  • User name up to 16 characters; team name up to 20
  • Unicode letters and text symbols accepted
  • Emoji display on mobile/PC; inconsistent on console
  • User name changes are limited โ€“ check the cooldown on the User Information screen
  • Names that imitate real clubs or players can be moderated

Team Name Formats

Club-style names read well on the match intro banner.

  • FC ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ โ€“ FC prefix in bold
  • ๐•Š๐•ฅ๐•ฃ๐•š๐•œ๐•–๐•ฃ United โ€“ double-struck with a suffix
  • โ˜… Striker โ˜… โ€“ stars, readable on the banner
  • โšฝ Striker โ€“ ball emoji, mobile only
  • S T R I K E R โ€“ spaced caps for a shirt-print look

Readability in Match Intros

Names appear in uppercase on some intro screens, which flattens small caps and script; bold and double-struck keep their shape. Keep one symbol per side so the name fits the banner without truncation.
