Styled letters are Unicode characters, not fonts โ screen readers may read them letter by letter and search engines don't match them to plain words, so keep essential details in plain text. Learn more
Copy-and-paste fonts are not fonts at all โ they are Unicode characters that look like styled letters. When you paste ๐ฏ๐ผ๐น๐ฑ or ๐ฌ๐พ๐ป๐ผ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ into Instagram, the app is simply displaying different characters, which is why the style survives in places that strip formatting: bios, usernames, captions, comments, WhatsApp statuses, Discord names, YouTube titles and game profiles.
This page is the shortcut when you know you want a fancy font but not which one: type once and every style is generated, each with its own copy button. If you want to fine-tune โ mix styles, add symbols, edit before copying โ open the same text in the Unicode text editor.
Type your text.
Scroll the list and tap Copy next to the font you want.
Paste it into your bio, name, caption or message.
From what people copy most on this site, in rough order:
Anywhere that accepts Unicode text: Instagram (bio, name, captions, comments), TikTok (bio, display name, captions), Facebook, X, Threads, Discord (messages, display names), WhatsApp and Telegram (messages, status, group names), YouTube (titles, descriptions, comments), Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Roblox and most games. The exceptions are @handles and login usernames, which are restricted to plain letters on nearly every platform.
Keep styled text short โ a name, a heading, a few words โ because screen readers spell exotic characters out and search does not match them to the plain word. Check the preview on a phone if the audience is mobile; the mathematical styles have universal support, but a few decorative ones (squiggle, currency) can look different across devices. Every style here is free and there is no sign-up.
Type your text, tap Copy next to the style you want, then paste it (long-press โ Paste on mobile) into the app.
It wonโt โ these are characters, not formatting. If a field rejects them, it only accepts plain letters (usually usernames).
No โ they are Unicode characters that look like fonts. Nothing is installed; that is why they work everywhere.
Yes โ copy each part separately, or use the Unicode text editor to style selected words.
Yes โ all fonts, no limits, no sign-up.
