In comments and descriptions you can combine YouTube's own markup with Unicode fonts. How to Format a YouTube Comment
YouTube comment formatting has three parts. Native markup: *asterisks* for bold, _underscores_ for italic and -hyphens- for strikethrough, typed straight into the comment box. Unicode fonts: paste any style from this page for small caps, script, gothic or monospace, which markup cannot do. Structure: a ๐ or โถ marker on the first line, one idea per paragraph, and a plain timestamp such as 2:35 so YouTube turns it into a clickable link.
