YouTube Fonts Generator – Fancy Text for Titles, Comments & Channel Name

YouTube supports *bold* and _italic_ markup in comments and descriptions, but not in video titles, channel names, playlist names or community post titles. Unicode fonts work in all of them, and they also appear styled in search results, suggested videos and notifications where markup is stripped.

This YouTube fonts generator adds a few creator decorations – timestamp headers, pinned-comment markers and a subscribe call to action – alongside the standard Unicode styles.

Titles are limited to 100 characters and are the main thing viewers see in search and suggestions. A single bold or full-width word – the topic, a number, or "NEW" – can lift click-through without looking like clickbait. Do not style the whole title: YouTube search relies on plain words, and a fully decorated title can be demoted for being unreadable.

In comments and descriptions you can combine YouTube's own markup with Unicode fonts. A common pattern for descriptions: a bold Unicode heading (▶ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀) followed by plain-text timestamps, which must stay plain so YouTube can turn them into chapters. In comments, a 📌 marker on a pinned comment and bold for the key line make it easy to spot.

The channel name (not the @handle) accepts Unicode fonts, and many gaming, music and aesthetic channels use them. Keep the plain-text version of your brand in the About section and handle so people can still find you by typing the name.

YouTube search and the recommendation system read plain text, so fancy text should be decorative, not where your keywords live. There is no monetisation or policy issue with Unicode fonts – they are standard characters – but misleading or unreadable titles can be flagged, so keep them legible.
