Unicode contains many alternative digit sets: circled numbers for lists, bold and double-struck digits from the mathematical alphabets, superscripts and subscripts for footnotes and formulas, and full-width digits from East Asian typography. This number font generator converts only the digits in your text, so "Top 10 in 2026" becomes "Top ⑩ in ②⓪②⑥" while the words stay readable.

Fancy numbers are used for numbered lists in bios and captions, step-by-step posts, scores and dates in gaming names, and prices or percentages that need to stand out.

Instagram and LinkedIn have no list formatting, so creators number steps with circled digits: ① Plan ② Shoot ③ Edit. Unicode defines circled 1–20 (and ⓪), filled circles ❶–❿, double-circled ⓵–⓾ and parenthesised ⑴–⒇; this tool converts single digits, so numbers above 9 become two circled digits (⑩ is available only as a single character for 10–20 in Unicode, but two-digit conversion keeps the output consistent).

Superscript digits (x², 10⁵, 1ˢᵗ with letters) and subscript digits (H₂O, CO₂, x₁) are true Unicode characters, so they work in places that have no rich-text formatting – chat apps, bios, plain-text notes and code comments. They are also useful for footnote markers in social posts.

Circled, super/subscript and full-width digits are supported almost everywhere. The mathematical digit sets are supported on all current phones and desktops; a few very old Android versions show boxes for them. If a game name field rejects a style, the circled or full-width digits are usually accepted where mathematical digits are not.
